He is the best goalie ever! He talked to his goalposts because he thought it would give him good luck. He was born in Quebec City on October 5th 1965. He was drafted by Montreal in 1985. He was their 4th choice 51st overall in the 1984 entry draft. He led the Montreal Canadiens to 2 stanley cups, the first one was in his rookie year.
He was the all time winningest goalie with 551 wins,until Martin Brodeur passed him. I was not happy about that.

Patrick Roy was, certainly, legendary but my favourite (since i was a kid) was Martin Brodeur. His "stand up" style was what i studied as a goalie.
